How to brush your teeth
Have you brushed your teeth lately?
If you have not then i will tell you how to step by step. But before i do that i am telling
you haven't brushed your teeth
lately.
First, you get your own toothbrush and
toothpaste.
Next, you rinse the the toothbrush under water.
When you finish rinsing the brush you put the brush in your mouth to brush.With the brush you place the brush on your teeth and move it up and down.
After you've done that you brush your teeth.When the toothpaste is in your mouth run the tap and drink but don’t swallow the water rinse it in your mouth.
After that, you spit out the water into the drain.when you've spit the water out that’s how you brush your teeth.
